Every FSBO I call hangs up or yells at me.

Why this matters

FSBO sellers list on the MLS 60 percent of the time within 90 days. The agent who respected them earns the call. This script leads with value, not a pitch.

Write a script as real dialog. Use this layout:
- OPENER (3 to 4 lines, with [PAUSE] after the opener)
- VALUE-FIRST QUESTION (1 line, with [PAUSE])
- SOFT OFFER (free comp report, no commitment, 2 to 3 lines)
- CLOSE (callback in 1 week, 1 to 2 lines)

Then 3 OBJECTION RESPONSES as dialog (agent line, [PAUSE], next line):
- Objection A: "I can do it myself."
- Objection B: "Your commission is too high."
- Objection C: "I already have an offer."

RULES
- Respect the FSBO choice. Never insult their decision.
- Sentences under 15 words
- Active voice
- Reading grade 3 to 4
- The agent listens more than they talk
- No fake urgency

BANNED PHRASES
- "Are you working with a Realtor", "leverage", "unlock", "transform", "win-win"
- No em dashes, no en dashes, no bold
