Write a script as real dialog. Use this layout:
- OPENER that names the frustration (3 to 4 lines, [PAUSE] after)
- LISTEN QUESTION ("What do you think went wrong?") with [PAUSE]
- LET THEM VENT line (1 short agent line, [PAUSE])
- SOFT OFFER (free 20-minute re-list strategy, no commitment, 2 to 3 lines)
- SOFT CLOSE (callback in 3 days, 1 to 2 lines)

Then 3 OBJECTION RESPONSES as dialog with [PAUSE] markers:
- Objection A: "All agents are the same."
- Objection B: "We need a break."
- Objection C: "I am going to relist with the same agent."

RULES
- Lead with empathy. Never blame the prior agent.
- Sentences under 15 words
- Active voice
- Reading grade 3 to 4
- Agent talks less, listens more
- No fake urgency

BANNED PHRASES
- "I can sell your home", "leverage", "unlock", "transform", "game-changing", "win-win"
- No em dashes, no en dashes, no bold

Quick tips

  • Pause longer than feels normal. Let them talk.
  • Never trash the prior agent.
  • Call between 5pm and 7pm for highest pickup.
